Mascarpone Cream with Cherries
Beat mascarpone with sugar, bourbon vanilla, and cherry brandy to form a loose cream.
Stand 4 ladyfingers along the sides of each of the high dessert glasses and alternately layer with mascarpone cream and cherries, finishing with the cream. Cover and chill overnight in the refrigerator.
To serve, dust thickly with cocoa powder and garnish with stemmed cherries.
