Marzipan-Walnut Chocolate Squares
Mix the marzipan, powdered sugar, orange liqueur and ground walnuts until smooth. Knead and roll out onto a powdered sugar dusted surface until about 1 cm (approximately 5/8 inch) thick. Cut into squares about 2 x 2 cm (approximately 3/4 x 3/4 inch).
Coarsely chop the milk chocolate and melt in a double boiler or heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm. Dip the marzipan squares into the melted chocolate using a chocolate dipping fork and place on a wire rack.
To peach square with a walnut half and allow the chocolate to dry. Serve the candies or store in an airtight container.
