250 grams Marzipan
250 grams powdered sugar
2 teaspoons Rose water
3 tablespoons Amaretto
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Preparation steps

1.

Knead marzipan with icing sugar. Mix rose water and Amaretto with marzipan icing sugar mixture and knead into a malleable dough that is is still moist. Roll dough with hands into small balls approximately 2 cm (approximately 1 inch) in diameter.

Sift cocoa powder into a bowl. Roll marzipan balls in cocoa powder and blot excess carefully.

3.

Place marzipan sweets into airtight packages to give away; marzipan will dry out if not stored properly.
