For the snowmen
400 grams Marzipan
150 grams powdered sugar

2 leftover candied orange
For the body detail
2 tsps cocoa powder

100 grams Dark couverture chocolate

Preparation steps

For the snowmen, knead marzipan with powdered sugar. Take 3/4 of marzipan and form two large and two small balls for body and head shapes. Roll body balls in cocoa. Connect body balls to head balls, securing with a small bit of marzipan. Take orange candy and shape into a nose shape.

Melt all chocolate in hot water baths.

For the Snowman:

For the hat, color a piece of marzipan with cocoa and mold into a hat. Cover body with white chocolate and head with dark chocolate. Let dry. Attach nose while chocolate is still wet. Dab dark chocolate on body for buttons.

For the hat, pour a bit of dark chocolate onto a piece of baking paper in a circle shape. Let dry slightly and decorate with gold pieces and pistachio. For the apron, roll out marzipan until 3 mm (approximately 1/10 inch) thick and cut out with a wave pattern. Dip head in white chocoate and put on dried hat. Add apron with a little melted chocolate to body. For the necklace, form beads and place around neck. Color a bit of marzipan with red food coloring, form into small gem shapes and attach to necklace with chocolate. Display as desired.
