Marzipan Fruit Rings
Finely chop candied fruit with a knife.
Cut marzipan into small cubes and knead well with powdered sugar, cinnamon and egg yolks. Then knead in candied fruit. Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Place marzipan fruit mixture into a piping bag with a serrated tip with a 10 mm (approximately 1/2 inch) diameter and pipe rings about 5 cm (approximately 2 inches) in diameter onto baking sheet.
Bake marzipan fruit rings until golden brown in oven for about 8 minutes. Cool slightly and serve.
