200 grams Marzipan
100 grams Dark couverture chocolate
7 Whole grain crackers
4 centiliters Rum
4 tablespoons powdered sugar

Preparation steps

Finely grate the chocolate and chop the crackers into 1 cm pieces (approximately 1/2 inch).

Combine 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar with the marzipan and knead together. Add the chocolate, crackers and the rum.

Form walnut-sized ball shapes with your hands and serve rolled in powdered sugar.
