300 grams Marzipan
100 grams powdered sugar
1 tablespoon ground pink peppers
3 tablespoons Orange marmalade
250 grams Dark couverture chocolate

Preparation steps

Chop the milk chocolate coarsely. Heat the cream and melt the chocolate with coconut oil, stirring constantly. When completely combined and melted, place in the refrigerator to cool.

Toast the almonds in a dry pan until light brown, let cool and rub to remove skin. Dice the marzipan, knead with the powdered sugar and the pepper, roll out to a size of 16 x 18 cm (approximately 6 x 7 inches) on a work surface dusted with powdered sugar and spread with the jam. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Melt the dark chocolate over a hot water bath. Cut the marzipan into 60 squares, 2 x 2 cm (approximately 1 x 1 inch) in size.

Dip the squares in the melted chocolate using a chocolate dipping fork, lift out, drain and allow to dry slightly on parchment paper.

While the chocolate is still soft, decorate each with the pink peppercorns. Allow to harden fully and serve.
