250 grams fresh Raspberries
250 grams fresh Blueberries
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
12 Chocolate almond cookies
80 milliliters Whipped cream
2 tablespoons Amaretto
250 grams Mascarpone
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
3 tablespoons Marsala wine
100 milliliters Whipped cream
mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse the berries and pat dry. Transfer 2/3 of the berries to a pot along with the sugar and lemon juice. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat, simmer for 5 minutes, puree then pass through a fine sieve.

For the chocolate amaretto dough: Chop the cookies finely and process with the heavy cream and amaretto until smooth. Mix the mascarpone with half of the sugar and the Marsala.

Whip the heavy cream with the remaining sugar until stiff then fold into the mascarpone cream. Alternately layer the chocolate amaretto mixture, berry sauce and mascarpone cream in serving glasses and top with the remaining whole berries. Serve garnished with fresh mint leaves.
