- 200 grams green Olives (pitted, and seeded)
- 100 grams whole almonds
- 1 red Pepperoncini
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 pkg Grissini
Preparation
1.
Halve the almonds and use to fill the olives. Rinse the parsley, and coarsely chop. Peel the garlic, and pass through a press into the olive oil. Add the parsley, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle the olives with the parinade. Halve the peppers, remove the seeds, and julienne. Mix into the olive mixture, then cover and marinate for at least 2 hours.

Serve with olive grissini.
