300 grams green Olives
1 red chile pepper
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic
1 bunch parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse parsley and coarsely chop. Peel garlic and press into olive oil. Stir in parsley, salt, pepper and drizzle over the olives.

Cut chile pepper in half, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Mix into olives. Cover and marinate for two hours. Serve in bowls.
