- 12 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch rosemary
- 400 milliliters olive oil
Preparation

Cut goat cheese into cubes and place into prepared glasses.

Peel the garlic cloves. Divide the garlic and rosemary into the glasses with the cheese. Fill with the olive oil, so that everything is covered. Seal the jars, and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
