- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 4 Tbsps sesame oil
- Curry
- 1 tsp freshly chopped cilantro

- 2 sprigs cilantro
Preparation

Rinse chicken wings and pat dry. Combine honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, ginger, oil, curry and chopped cilantro. Thoroughly coat wings and marinate for about 2 hours.

Remove wings from marinade and season with salt. Place on grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
