1 Bundt cake pan

250 grams softened butter
250 grams sugar
1 packet Vanilla sugar
4 eggs
1 pinch salt
500 grams Pastry flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
5 tablespoons cocoa powder
5 tablespoons milk
For the chocolate batter
butter (for greasing)
Pastry flour (for dusting)
120 grams Milk chocolate couveture
2 tablespoons colorful Chocolate candy

Preparation steps

1.

Grease a bundt pan with butter and dust with flour.

Beat butter, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in eggs. Combine flour and baking powder, then fold into batter with 3 tablespoons milk.

Remove 1/3 of the dough and mix with cocoa powder and remaining milk. Pour light batter into pan, then top with dark batter. Swirl with a fork, spread even and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 1 hour.

Remove cake and let cool slightly, then release from pan and let cool on a wire rack.

Heat chocolate over a double boiler and pour over cooled cake. Top with chocolate beans and candles. Slice and serve.
