250 grams softened butter
175 grams sugar
1 pinch salt
5 eggs
500 grams Pastry flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
225 milliliters milk
3 tablespoons dark Cocoa

150 grams Dark couverture chocolate
1 tablespoon Coconut oil
100 milliliters Whipped cream (at least 30% fat content)
14 Chocolate sprinkles

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Grease a bundt cake pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. For the batter, cream butter with sugar and salt until fluffy. Add eggs gradually and stir until white and creamy. Mix the flour and baking powder together and add to egg mixture, alternating with milk. Stir well. Add more milk if batter is too thick. Pour 1/3 of batter in the cake pan. Mix another 1/3 of batter with  cocoa and 2-3 tablespoons milk. Pour the chocolate batter into the pan and top with remaining 1/3 of batter. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Remove, cool briefly and remove from the pan to cool on a wire rack.

For the topping, melt chocolate with coconut fat over a hot water bath. Pour over cake and leave to set. Beat heavy cream until stiff and put into a pastry bag. Decorate cake with cream and serve each slice garnished with 2 chocolate flakes.
