250 grams softened butter
250 grams sugar
1 packet Vanilla sugar
4 eggs
1 pinch salt
300 grams Pastry flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
50 milliliters milk
5 tablespoons cocoa powder
5 tablespoons milk

Preparation steps

Grease the bundt cake pan with butter and dust with flour.

Beat the butter, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar until creamy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix the flour and baking powder. Fold the flour mixture and 3 tablespoons of the milk into the batter.

Pour 1/3 of the batter into a separate bowl. Mix the cocoa powder and remaining milk into the smaller portion. Pour the lighter batter into the pan and top with the darker batter. Use a fork to mix the batters, forming a marbled pattern. Bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes at 180°C (approximately 350°F), until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and flip onto a wire rack to cool. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
