1 ½ tablespoons Maple syrup
5 ounces white chocolate (coarsely grated)

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the cream just to a boil in a pan. Pour over the chocolate and stir gently until melted.

Stir in the maple syrup and leave to cool, then chill until firm.
3.
Roll pieces of the mixture into small balls and toss or roll in the grated chocolate. Chill for at least 1 hour. Serve in petit four cases.
