2 cans Mangoes (in pieces)
3 Tbsps cornstarch
1 Tbsp sugar
200 grams Dark couverture chocolate
200 milliliters Coffee creamer
1 egg white
2 Tbsps powdered sugar

Preparation steps

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the filo dough into 8 rectangles.

Place the mango pieces along with its juice in a saucepan and heat. Take out a little mango juice from the saucepan and mix with the cornstarch. Stir the cornstarch into the hot mango mixture, bring to a boil, and add sugar.

Cut the filo dough rectangles lengthwise in the middle and place the mango mixture over it. Brush the edges with egg white, roll and squeeze the ends well. Place the rolls with the seam side down on the baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan: 180°C, gas mark 3) (approximately 400°F) for about 15-10 minutes.

For the chocolate sauce, melt the chocolate in a bowl in hot water bath, stir in the half and half, and remove from heat.

Dust the finished mango rolls with icing sugar and serve each 2 pieces with the chocolate sauce.
