Preparation steps

1.

Peel the mandarin oranges, divide into segments and set 8 aside for garnish. Cut the remaining segments into small pieces.

Pluck grapes from their stems, rinse and pat dry.

3.

Set aside 8 grapes for garnish, halve the remaining grapes.

4.

In a bowl, toss the mandarin pieces and grapes with the raspberry syrup and let stand 10 minutes..

5.

Juice the orange into a bowl and stir in the quark and honey.

6.

Spoon the mandarin and grape salad into dessert bowls, top with the quark cream and serve garnished with the reserved mandarin segments and grapes.
