Mandarin and Ginger Quark
Peel and finely chop the ginger. Add the juice of 2 squeezed oranges and mix in the quark.
Peel the remaining oranges and cut into small cubes. Mix with maple syrup and ginger and fold into the quark.
Coarsely chop the nuts, toast in a frying brown until golden brown and sprinkle over the mandarin quark. Serve immediately.
