- 3 ½ ounces
Dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
Use pink marshamallows and white chcoolate and coat with coloured sugar pearls. You can also use milk chocolate instead of plain chocolate.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water. Remove from the heat and allow to cool and thicken slightly.
Line a tray with non-stick baking paper.
Put the marshmallows onto skewers or lollipop sticks and dip halfway in the chocolate, then dip into the sugar pearls. Place on the tray to set.
