Ingredients

For each

150 gramslamb's lettuce
12Radish
1Grapefruit
1Fennel bulb
1 teaspoonMustard
1 teaspoonlight Soy sauce
2 pinchesground Turmeric
3 tablespoonsLemon juice
6 tablespoonsOlive oil
Salt
freshly ground Pepper
1Avocado
50 gramsWalnuts

Directions

1 Rinse and trim the mache and radishes. Cut the radishes into slices. Peel the grapefruit and cut out the fillets. Rinse, trim and cut the fennel into strips.
2 Mix the mustard, soy sauce, turmeric, lemon juice and olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Halve the avocado, remove the pit and cut into thin slices.
3 Mix the mache, radishes, grapefruit, fennel, avocado and walnuts mix and serve drizzled with the dressing.
