Lychee Grapefruit Cocktail
A cocktail is probably never one of the healthiest recipes. But sometimes we thirst for a cool summer drink, then the Lychee-Grapefruit-Cocktail is just right, because the orange and grapefruit juice brings plenty of vitamin C into play. This tightens our connective tissue and thus helps us to have firm skin in summer.
If you want to prepare the Lychee Grapefruit Cocktail without alcohol, replace the rum with 20 millilitres of mineral water. The carbonic acid makes the mocktail really tangy.
Peel and core the lychees. In a shaker, add the ice with the juices and rum. Shake well and pour into a cocktail glass.
Drizzle with grenadine, garnish with lychees and orange peel and serve.
