Ingredients

For the Liqueur
1 ⅔ cups Milk chocolate (25% cocoa, roughly chopped)
1.333 cups cream (30% fat)
cup Coffee liqueur
Ice
For the Glittery Chocolate Thins
cup Milk chocolate (25% cocoa, finely chopped)
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
3 tablespoons silver sugar

Preparation steps

1.
To make the liqueur, place the chocolate in a pan with the cream and melt slowly over a low heat.

Let cool and then pour into a shaker along with the coffee liqueur and 5 ice cubes and shake well.

Divide between 4 glasses filled with ice. Serve with glittery thins.

To make the glittery thins, melt the chocolate over simmering water, let cool slightly, pour onto baking parchment and smooth.

Let set slightly and then cut out shapes with a round cookie cutter (approx. 8 cm diameter). Leave to set completely.
6.
To decorate, mix the confectioners’ sugar with a little water to a thick consistency. Pipe onto the chocolate thins in lines and sprinkle with silver sugar.
