80 grams almonds
250 grams Pastry flour
150 grams butter
75 grams powdered sugar
1 pinch salt
250 grams Quark
250 grams cream cheese
175 grams sugar
1 packet vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
2 Limes
butter (for the pan)

6 tablespoons powdered sugar
4 tablespoons Lime juice
2 tablespoons Coconut liqueur

Preparation steps

Lightly toast the almonds in a dry pan. Let cool. Quickly mix the flour, butter, salt, almonds, and powdered sugar into a smooth dough. Wrap in plastic and chill for 1 hour. Mix the quark, cream cheese, sugar, pudding powder, and egg until smooth.

Rinse the lime and rub dry. Zest the lime and squeeze the juice from the lime. Stir both into the filling. Grease the tart pans. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and line the molds. Prick the bottom of the tarts several times.Transfer the filling into the pans and bake in an oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 30 minutes.

Allow to cool and remove from the pan.

For the glaze: Mix 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar with the lime juice into a thin glaze. Brush over the tartlets. Mix the remaining powdered sugar with the coconut liqueur and brush over the tartlets. Let dry and serve.
