- 150 milliliters lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
- 3 Tbsps organic, grated Lemon peel
- 120 grams sugar
- 2 organic lemons
- 8 Ice cubes
Preparation

Pour the lemon juice and lemon zest in a bowl. Pour in 500 ml (approximately 2 cups) of cold water. Cover and let sit overnight. Bring the sugar and 300 ml (approximately 1.5 cups) of water to a boil. Cook until syrupy and allow to cool.

Pour the lemon juice through a sieve into a bowl. Add the sugar syrup and mix well. Pour into 4 glasses. Rinse the lemons in hot water and cut into thin slices. Arrange the lemon slices and ice cubes in the glasses. Serve immediately.
