Lemon Cream Balls
Cut out circles from the tart crust (about 4 cm in size).
Prepare the pudding mix with the milk and butter. Add the lemon juice and refine with rum. Crumble the cookies and fold into the pudding. Heap piles of the pudding mixture on the tart circles and place on a wire rack. Cover with fondant and chocolate icing.
Let dry and serve.
