- 2 organic lemons
- 50 milliliters Gravy
- 3 centiliters white wine
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 50 grams chilled butter
Preparation steps

Rinse the lemons and grate the zest. Squeeze the juice.

Heat the honey in a small saucepan and stir in the lemon zest. Deglaze with wine, lemon juice and stock and simmer everything together for about 5 minutes.
3.
Remove from the heat and quickly stir small pieces of the butter into the mixture. Season to taste and serve.
