400 milliliters milk
2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
1 Tbsp Maple syrup
150 grams Blackberry
1 scoop Apple Sorbet
1 tsp honey

Preparation steps

1.

Combine half of the milk, the vanilla ice cream and maple syrup in a blender and blend until smooth. 

2.

Pour into a glass. 

3.

Purée the blackberries and pass through a fine sieve. Blend the blackberry purée, apple sorbet, honey and remaining milk until smooth and creamy. 

4.

Layer the blackberry-apple shake on top of the vanilla shake and serve.
