Nutritional values

One portion of this delicious parfait provides 25 percent of the daily requirement of vitamin B2 and niacin. Vitamin B2 plays a central role in the metabolism. It supports the conversion of carbohydrates, protein and fat into energy. It also promotes the action of niacin, which is important for the skin, nerves and cell nuclei.

For a healthier option, try using a whippable soya cream alternative or the substitute product for whipping (a mixture of vegetable fats and milk) instead of the whipping cream. This will contain far fewer fat calories!
