Layered Dessert with Yogurt Cream
Peel orange, removing as much pith as possible, and fillet. Squeeze juice from remaining pulp and mix with sea buckthorn juice and liqueur. Add orange fillets.
Combine quark with vanilla seeds, powdered sugar and yogurt, mix until creamy. Beat heavy cream until stiff and fold into quark cream.
Spread half of cream in glasses fill and sprinkle with biscuits. Top with half of orange fillets and remaining cream. Top with remaining orange segments and serve.
