6 Gingerbread (without wafers)
200 grams Quark
200 grams Whipped cream
1 tablespoon Vanilla syrup
1 pinch Vanilla sugar
50 grams powdered sugar
1 jar Cherries (with juice)
2 centiliters Amaretto (or use a non-alcoholic Amaretto, for children)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the gingerbread into small cubes. Mix the quark with the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and vanilla syrup. Beat the cream until stiff and stir into the quark. Bring the cherries with the juice, amaretto, cinnamon and sugar to a boil, then set aside to cool.

2.

Spoon 1- 2 tablespoons gingerbread cubes into dessert cups and top with some cherries and juice. Spoon the cream on top and repeat the layers again with gingerbread, cherries and cream. Garnish sprinkled with a little cinnamon.
