Layered Dessert with Cherries and Gingerbread
Cut the gingerbread into small cubes. Mix the quark with the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and vanilla syrup. Beat the cream until stiff and stir into the quark. Bring the cherries with the juice, amaretto, cinnamon and sugar to a boil, then set aside to cool.
Spoon 1- 2 tablespoons gingerbread cubes into dessert cups and top with some cherries and juice. Spoon the cream on top and repeat the layers again with gingerbread, cherries and cream. Garnish sprinkled with a little cinnamon.
