Preparation steps

Put the soy drink, coconut milk, 1 teaspoon lavender flowers and remaining ingredients in a pot and heat it up.

Bring to the boil briefly, remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Foam up with a whisk, pour into 4 cups or glasses, and serve sprinkled with remaining lavender flowers.
