Preparation steps

1.

Mix the butter with the sugar until creamy. Gradually add the eggs and beat until fluffy. Mix in the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and almonds and stir in the milk evenly. Let rest for 10-15 minutes.

Grease the waffle iron with a little butter, add a little dough (about a small ladle) in the middle and bake gradually until the waffles are golden brown.
