Peel kohlrabi and cut into chunks.
Separate the smallest, tenderest leaves from the kohlrabi. Rinse, shake dry and set aside.
Rinse radish, peel with a vegetable peeler and cut into chunks.
Using a juicer, extract juice from kohlrabi and radish. Fill a glass with ice cubes and add a pinch of salt. Pour juice over ice and garnish with reserved kohlrabi leaves and peppercorns. Serve immediately.
