Preparation steps

1.

Peel kiwis and cut into very small cubes. Combine with orange juice and jam sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Cook for about 4 minutes, simmering gently, and pour jam into preserving jars. Seal well and turn upside down for 10 minutes. Return to normal position and let cool completely, store in a cool and dark place. Serve as needed.
