3 tablespoons dark unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon Icing sugar from erythritol
5 tablespoons Peanut butter

Preparation steps

1.

Halve the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the vanilla pulp with a knife.

Melt the cocoa butter in a pot at low heat. Stir in cocoa powder and vanilla pulp. Sift icing sugar over it and stir in as well. Remove liquid chocolate from the stove.

3.

Season the peanut purée to taste with a little salt and fill a blob of peanut purée into each mould. Pour the remaining chocolate over the peanut butter. Allow the peanut butter cups to set completely in the refrigerator. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
