- 200 grams Fruit cereal (as desired)
- 200 grams Gooseberry
- 400 grams Kefir
- 200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 tablespoons Mint leaf
- 4 tablespoons Maple syrup
- Mint leaf (for garnish)
Stir together the kefir, yogurt and lemon juice until smooth. Slice the 2 tablespoons mint leaves into thin strips. Rinse the gooseberries and let dry.
Spoon some muesli into serving bowls as desired. Top with kefir yogurt and sprinkle sliced mint. Sprinkle with gooseberries and drizzle with each with 1 tablespoon syrup. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
