1 Rinse currants, and pluck off any stems.
2 In a small saucepan, bring currants, currant juice and honey to a boil; simmer over medium heat until thickened, approximately 8-9 minutes. Let cool.
3 Mix kefir with the currant mixture until smooth, and pour into glasses.
4 Top kefir and currant mixture with well-chilled mineral water.
