- 500 grams Strawberries
- 2 tablespoons Creme de Cassis
- 1 tablespoon Mint leaf
- 1 packet gelatin dessert
- 75 grams Sugar
- 250 grams Kefir
Rinse, trim and halve the strawberries. Mix with the liqueur and mint leaves, cover and refrigerate.
Prepare the gelatin dessert according to package instructions with the sugar and 400 ml of water (approximately 1 1/2 cups). Leave to cool and then refrigerate until the mixture has gelled.
Stir the dessert and add the kefir. Mix well and refrigerate again.
To serve, mix the cream again and spoon into serving glasses. Serve with the strawberries distributed on the top.
