1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Bowl, 1 Sieve, 1 Paper towel, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Tablespoon, 2 Skillets, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Pot, 1 Nutmeg grater, 1 Potato masher, 1 Teaspoon

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to the lowest setting.

Mix together the flour and milk until smooth. Add the eggs, sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt. Leave to rest for approx. 20 minutes.
3.
Heat a little butter in a frying pan and add a ladle of batter. Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for the same amount of time on the other side. Keep the finished pancakes warm in the oven whilst making the remainder.
4.
Serve with jam and sugar.
