2 slices white Bread (crusts removed)
2 tablespoons Jam (choose 1 or 2 of any jam or jelly preferred)
rainbow sprinkle to decorate (optional)

Preparation steps

1.
Using a rolling pin, roll each slice of bread until flattened evenly.
2.
Spread 1 tablespoon of jam on one side of each slice of bread. Leave one thin edge of each jam side uncovered by the jam.
3.
Roll the bread, starting with the edge opposite of the one uncovered. Press the roll slightly, seam side down, to help it stick together. Repeat for the second slice of bread.
4.
Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into 4 pieces.
5.
Lay them flat and sprinkle with the rainbow sprinkles.
6.
From the seam side, pierce through each slice with a bamboo skewer; being careful not to go all the way through.
7.
Stand up in a container to serve.
