1 Cutting board, 1 kleine Non-stick pan, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 Small knife, 1 Kitchen shears, 1 Toaster, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Knife zum Bestreichen

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 220°C (200° fan) 425°F gas 7. Grease a 20cm x 30cm|8" x 12" Swiss roll tin and line the base with non-stick baking paper.

Whisk the eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl with an electric whisk until thick and creamy. Fold in the flour until blended.
3.
Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for 10-12 minutes, until risen and golden.
4.
Remove from the oven and turn out on to a sheet of non-stick baking paper sprinkled with sugar. Trim the sponge edges and roll up with the paper inside. Leave to cool completely.
5.
Unroll the sponge and spread with the jam and roll up again. Dust with icing sugar just before serving.
