Preparation steps

1.

In a metal bowl, whisk egg yolks with sugar until foamy. Place bowl over a pot of hot water and beat until lightened and thick. Stir in Marsala wine (Caution: Do not let sauce get too hot).

Remove sauce from heat, briefly whisk and pour into glasses. Serve immediately, with ladyfingers or topped with berries.
