2 Bowls, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 eventuell Ice cream machine, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Small bowl, 1 eventuell Ladle, 1 Whisk

Preparation steps

Chop the chocolate and melt over a bain-marie, then let cool slightly.

Mix the quark with the mascarpone and confectioners' sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mascarpone mixture.
3.
Mix the espresso with the Amaretto and break the ladyfingers into pieces.
4.
Divide 1/3 of the ladyfingers between 4 glasses and soak with 1/3 of the espresso and Amaretto. Cover with 1/3 of the cream and pour half of the melted chocolate over it. Add two more layers of ingredients in the same order, ending with cream. Put into the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve dusted cocoa powder.
