16 Ladyfinger (chopped)

These deserts can be made ahead of time and chilled until ready to serve.

Preparation steps

1.
Whip together the cream, Mascarpone, sugar, and a tablespoon of Marsala until softly peaked and floppy.
2.
Soak the sponge fingers in a mixture of coffee and the remaining Marsala. Position two-thirds of the soaked fingers in the base of four serving glasses.
3.
Top with some of the whipped cream mixture and then top with the remaining soaked sponge fingers.
4.
Spoon over the remaining cream mixture and grate dark chocolate on top before serving.
