- 1 tsp Tomato paste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
- 4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation

Rinse the oregano and basil, remove the leaves, and finely chop. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water. Rinse under cold water and peel. Remove the core and seeds from the tomatoes and finely dice.

Puree the tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, vinegar, and oil in a blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper, mix in the herbs, and serve.
