3 egg whites
2 cups Almond flour
7 drops bitter Almond oil
1 ¾ cups sugar
¼ cup coarse Sugar crystal

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 160°C (140° fan) 325°F gas 3. Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper.

Whisk the egg whites until stiff. Whisk in the almonds, almond oil and sugar until shiny.
3.
Shape the mixture into walnut-sized balls and place apart on the baking tray. Flatten slightly.
4.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until firm and golden. Sprinkle with coarse sugar while warm. Cool on the baking trays for a few minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
