- 4 scoops freshly brewed Coffee (approx. 2.5 tbsp)
- ⅔ cup cream
- 4 Sugar cube (or more, to taste)
- ⅔ cup dark Rum
- grated Chocolate (for sprinkling)
Preparation steps

Bring 600 ml water to the boil. Put the coffee in a warmed jug or cafetière and pour over the water. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes.

Whip the cream until light and airy. Rinse the glasses with hot water and put 1-2 sugar cubes and 40 ml rum in each glass. Pour the coffee through a very fine sieve and top each glass with whipped cream. Serve sprinkled with grated chocolate.
