Preparation steps

1.

Heat the coffee, whiskey and sugar. Stir constantly until the sugar has dissolved.

Whip the cream. Pour the Irish coffee into a mug and place a dollop of whipped cream on top. Serve garnished with a cinnamon stick and dusted with cinnamon.
