1 Pot, 2 Small pots, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Whisk, 1 Brush, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Kitchen towel, 1 Oven rack, 6 small molds, 1 Metal bowl, 1 Fine grater, 1 Piping bag, 1 Pastry tip

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 180C (160C fan) 375F, gas 5.

Place the paper cups in the muffin pan. Mix the chopped strawberries with the flour, baking powder and baking soda.
3.
Beat the sugar, oil, cream and buttermilk with the egg. Beat the flour mixture quickly into the egg mixture until the dry ingredients are moist. Spoon the dough into the paper cups.
4.
Bake on the middle shelf for 25-30 minutes. Test with a wooden toothpick: if it comes out clean, the muffins are done. Cool on a wire rack.
5.
To serve: dust with confectioners' sugar.
